It is a BIG number, but my understanding is that (eventually) the Feds will reimburse about 75% of it.

Yea! We did it. An amazing engineering accomplishment in such a short period of time.
Cracks me up. Mainstream (no pun intended) media shows up expecting/hoping the main spillway would fail. When it doesn't they all got bored and left, looking for something else they can blow out of proportion.
I didn't realize that it was just 3000 CSF over the emergency spillway that caused the panic.

Wow, glad it worked. Would have been embarrassing if it didn't.
