This thread triggers thoughts of my evolution regarding the treatment of women as equals. I was raised in an era when woman were still on pedestals, all sugar & spice. As a young man (19) in Vietnam, I ran across a different world, when I realized that there were woman fighting on the front-lines for the other side. What an equalizer.
