I am getting some excellent support and interest in guys that want to play a PBEM.
Now I could also use some operational commander types.
Most folks seem reluctant to sign up for this.
Maybe because it might seem like labor to analyze the situation and make diagrams or battle plans and round up people or be the team captain.
Well, I am trying a new experiment where the operational decisions are driven from a distance.
You could be in the background as a faceless voice over the radio so to speak to give direction.
I will try it with a new CMPzC Operation for The Bloody Bucket.
Which will also be an experiment on a 4 hour continuous battle on a 4km x 4km Hosingen, Luzembourg map.
The new wrinkle will be "intermissions" where I take control as the umpire to exit off and spawn in units, replenish ammo and other type chores to set up for Act II so to speak.

Hey fabishd! Thanks for the reply. I have admired all your hard work and great creations over there at St Lo.
You would be perfect for this role. The amount of work would be much much less compared to St Lo "Final Stand".
(I am mostly just trying to get ANOTHER human to be involved with the operational decisions and evaluation besides myself, since as the overall creator I would have no deep fog of war even if I tried to step out of myself so to speak.)
For the Bloody Bucket you can get involved as deep as you desire but I hope to reduce your time spent and perhaps you can be the axis commander and just make decisions based on SITREPs and some multiple choice options. Then the battle restructures every hour and unfolds per your general guidance. Make sense?

You have your volunteer. Can you front load me with any maps, background information and any other pertinent information that I need to know about in having this job?
