Hi all,
Depressingly I had a sales manager who would play this to his sales tam once a week. He truly believed this was a great sales technique video.
Even worse after shredding the nerves of everyone for 2 years he got promoted to Regional sales manager. Destroyed morale and a few relationships then left his replacement to pick up pieces.
OTOH this was for a company where HE got a £45k bonus and a week in the Bahamas for winning company sales competition (The salesman got £50 in gift vouchers each
)
