Old CM/FGM friend contacted me and ask me to join in a campaign he was hosting.
I had to tell Owl, that I haven't played CM's for years since there was an issue with my licenses for the CM games wouldn't work.
I bought every CM, with CD, careful printed off each licenses and pasted them inside those metal cases that came with them.
I'm would double check those license codes with my Battlefront account to ensure they were correct.
After a Hard drive failure, I reinstalled all those CM games, but was unable to get past the licensing part.
Contacted Battlefront directly, and the short of that was between zillions emails, still unable to get those CM games off the ground.
Thus I give up on all Combat Missions games and FGM forum, since I was unable to get them to operate, solely due to they licensing requirements.
So I moved on the other computer games and gaming with wargame miniatures.
Plus my youngest son Kirk, have move back home, so he could go to college for engineering, with mom and dad helping him.
Kirk doing so well (straight "A" ) that he spend a long weekend at NASA rocket center in Miss. doing internship. His goal now is to get his master and working on Orion mission to Mars.
Thought I return and see how some of my old CM friends are doing.
Great to see so many of you still here.
