Ok, ready to roll with TURN 2.

Sequence of play changes to (by virtue of Momentum Points)
1. @Nathangun
2. @chiquichops
3. Rico

Everybody starts with 28 GOLD.

@Nathangun starts with a SIEGE TRAIN unit in winter quarters that can be refitted for use this turn for cost of 2 GOLD.

@Nathangun starts off with THREE bonus Diplomacy Operations that he can play before the Campaign Season starts.

@chiquichops gets ONE bonus Diplomacy Operation he can play after @Nathangun has played his.

FORCED MARCH OPERATION
At any time, if a side has run out of MARCH Operation tokens, it can exchange any DIPLOMACY or SIEGE token for a FORCED MARCH operation.

This represents an improvised movement of your army without logistical preparations - trying to live off the land etc .... with all the effects of attrition, desertions etc.

In addition to the normal MOVEMENT DIE ROLL, there will be a FORCED MARCH ATTRITION ROLL.

FORCED MARCH ATTRITION ROLL (1d10):
1 - 2: No losses
3 - 5: Army loses 1 strength point
6 - 8: Army loses 2 strength points
9 - 10: Army loses 3 strength points

Yes, great idea. I think anything that gives a bit of flexibility is good.
