Happened to hear this in the car coming back from having lunch at my favorite diner today.
Brought back some interesting memories of a red-headed cabaret singer. However, that is a yarn for another time.

The singer I mentioned...you met her at the Miramar Beach Inn circa 1997.
One more by Meredith for the road. She was 39 when she made this song. The album "Blurring the Edges" was really something. A one album-wonder if you will, but memorable.
I really miss this dark, trip-hoppy sound from the 90's.
