Ivanov Tournament for CMRT (finished)

Well, I was lucky in that I did not run men into the first arty strike other than a sniper team. They died for their efforts.

Ivanov had a enemy stray arty round land right on top of him and somehow his team survived. Now that was luck.

But the enemy is well armed in this one, that is for sure.

Cannot say more, dont want to give any info out..

The newly promoted company leader major Ivanov alive near the recaptured trench.
One soldier of his command team has already been buddy aided. There must have been some close calls. He gained +3 extra tournament points.

(battle score participant minus battle score game master minus 1 point for every participant friendly KIA minus 0.7 point participants friendly heavily WIA plus 1 point for every casualty inflicted by the Ivanov unit = tournament points for this mission)

Wow! Just finished. That was an epic battle over a really nice looking map; loved the trench system. My men didn’t enjoy the incoming arty or the close attention of the overwatching snipers and HMG teams across the valley. Thanks for another great battle, @Friedrich

So I was rather unlucky and the second artillery barrage almost destroyed my assault platoon, making them totally ineffective before they could engage the enemy. The remnants of my forces had no enough firepower to clear all three areas, and the game ended with a draw.

The 4th match has ended as @xmax has written in a draw. Unfortunately according to the rule 2.4 a draw in the second mission is not enough to stay inside the tournament.
It has been an exciting battle until the end! Thanks for participating in the tournament sir!

The last running match will probably take a few days until it will have finished.

The last and third mission is really difficult to win and therefore the ranking could easily change drastically, but if several players will win the third mission then it is helpful to have already a point advantage from mission 1+2 to become the tournament winner.
 
While then playing the 3rd final mission my plan is to not publish any battle results until all players will have finished the 3rd mission.
In my opinion it is fine to publish result for mission 1 and 2 immediately, but for the final and the tournament deciding 3rd mission I think that it is better to publish them all at the same time.
 
yes sorry was afk for the weekend nog getting started again.. only got some dropbox issues that is refusing to upload my turns inteirly ... only old ones i can send but the new turn i can't anyone expierce with this ?
