Lord Bane's T-34's advance menacingly in line abreast but are severely punished by my panzer group lurking in the trees..

Ha ha! on the other flank, these 3 panzers are wiped out by a horde of Lord Bane's T-70 BABY TANKS closing in a feeding frenzy..:)

1- I send a trio of T-34's down Lord Bane's flank but they're blown away by at least 1 big gun back there
2- Bane responds later with this 4-panzer thrust through the trees, but my 3 other T-34s at '3' kill them all, sacrificing themselves in the attrition meatgrinder..

Are you using a road mod?

The road appears to be split into 2 carriageways
 
It's the 'Dirt road' mod with a tufty grassy line down the middle to make it look more like a country lane
